A sustained B2B lead generation program across Central and Eastern Europe promoting Dell's enterprise solutions — from Modern Storage to Generative AI — to IT decision-makers and business buyers. Campaigns ran across Facebook and LinkedIn simultaneously, combining in-media lead forms, traffic campaigns, and custom audience strategies across a highly fragmented multi-country region.

Budget was dynamically reallocated mid-flight to highest-performing countries, a strategy that drove lead volumes well above KPI across multiple quarters. CTR consistently outperformed regional B2B industry benchmarks, while CPL and CPM remained low relative to audience quality. Each campaign iteration was sharper than the last — a direct result of quarter-on-quarter optimization and data-driven decisions.

A long-running always-on performance campaign for the Lenovo Official Store in Greece — one of the most competitive consumer electronics markets in the country. Running continuously since January 2022, the campaign spans Google Search, Google Display Network, Demand Gen, and paid social promotion, all optimized monthly against conversion and traffic KPIs.

Google Search CTR has held near 12% consistently — a figure that places the store in direct competition with Greece's biggest retail chains for search impression share. Month after month, the campaign has maintained efficiency and delivery without degradation, a testament to ongoing optimization discipline rather than set-and-forget management.

A deeply emotional brand awareness campaign built around Lenovo Greece's Christmas concept — "No One Alone" — using technology as a connector between people separated by distance. The campaign ran across five channels simultaneously: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Display, and a programmatic publisher network, each with tailored creative and a coordinated publication timeline.

The results were exceptional for the budget: well over 2 million impressions, hundreds of thousands of video views and engagements, and thousands of new followers acquired in under two weeks. The campaign also included a €1,000 competition mechanic that amplified organic reach and reinforced the emotional message.

During a major global football-tournament promotional cycle, Lenovo ran coordinated social media activity across its markets worldwide. Greece finished first — not through a larger budget, but through a structured operating model applied consistently to every piece of content.

The approach covered full localisation of global assets, paid amplification on every post, warm-audience prioritisation, custom audience compounding, and post-by-post optimisation throughout the campaign. The blended CPM across the programme came in at €1.34 against an industry benchmark of €6–10 — delivering up to 6× the reach per euro spent. Lenovo’s worldwide marketing organisation subsequently invited the team to present the methodology to the broader organisation as a replicable standard.
